Ayurveda
It is a system of holistic and natural medicine ancient India. Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of natural and holistic medicine.  The exact meaning of Ayurveda is “the science of life”. It focuses on prevention and curing after understanding the root cause. 
Fundamental Principles of Ayurveda is to understand Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha. The dosha affects not just the shape of one’s body but also bodily tendencies (like food preferences and digestion), and the temperament of one’s mind and emotions.

Yoga or to integrate or unit is all about balance between mind, body and soul. It is all about breathing exercises (Pranyama), Yoga poses (Asana) & meditation (Dhayan) . Yoga has 8 levels and one slowly moves into different steps to achieve self-control of mind, body and souls The eight steps are Yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (absorption)."
