Ayurveda It is a system of holistic and natural medicine ancient India. Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of natural and holistic medicine. The exact meaning of Ayurveda is “the science of life”. It focuses on prevention and curing after understanding the root cause. Fundamental Principles of Ayurveda is to understand Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha. The dosha affects not just the shape of one’s body but also bodily tendencies (like food preferences and digestion), and the temperament of one’s mind and emotions.
